What kind of discounts can I get on the ironman router?	Our specials change every so often, and they are generally outlined on our home page or products page.  If you want the latest deals on our products, give us a call, and we'll give you the lowdown!
Can I buy vectric software from you without buying a machine?	We offer packaged specials on vectric software when purchased with an IronMan Router.  However, you can purchase it separately if you want, at the regular price found on the order page.
Do you accept any other forms of payment?	Currently we accept credit cards through Paypal. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks for phone orders.
How long does it take to get my machine?	IronMan Routers are built to order.  Generally machines are delivered within 3 to 5 weeks, however delivery may take up to 12 weeks under special circumstances.
Do you offer an IronMan router without electronics?	Yes, to order an IronMan router without electronics, simply order the base only.
What kind of warranty do you offer?	Our machines are covered by a 1 year warranty on the mechanical components and spindle, and the electronic components and PC are covered by a 90 day warranty.  There is no warranty on software.
Do you offer custom sized machines?	Yes, we can design and build almost any type of machine you can think of.  Whether you just want a slight variation of the IronMan Router, or a completely custom machine, give us a call, and we can discuss exactly what you need.
